Music has always been a huge part of my life. Growing up, my parents listened to an eclectic variety of music from Hip-hop and R&B, to Chicago house music and all things in between. I got my musical start songwriting and singing when I was 6 years old.
I started following my musical dreams as a young adult and have been working hard to perfect my craft. Grade school choir, piano, and recorder gave me the push I needed to get inspired and focus musically. High School allowed me to begin the performance part of my journey.
I am inspired musically by everything around me. Modern and even classical music have played a role in the songs I create. Mariah Carey, Alicia Keys, Debbie Harry, Hayley Williams, Taylor Swift and many more have been huge inspirations on my musical journey.
I tell stories with my music, letting listeners get a peek at the feelings I hold inside. One is a compilation of my most private thoughts and experiences. I'm a huge lover and want people to dive into the place I was at when I wrote the songs. Grateful for everyone who helped bring this to life.
